(c) the investment manager or advisor of any Common Control Entity, 

(d) any Common Control Entity of a person referred to in (b) or (c), and 

(e) any other entity under common management with Thinkleap Technology Labs Pvt. Ltd. or any Common Control Entity. 

For the avoidance of doubt, no organization or entity in which a Thinkleap Technology Labs Pvt. Ltd. venture, trust, partnership, or subsidiary that holds an investment shall be considered an Affiliate of iLeap.Â
